		<description><![CDATA[I dont always agrre with Dodd, but yeah, it was nice to be pleased rather than horrified, for a change.

I got to call Leiberman&#039;s office this morning and ask how Joe was going to vote.  The first time they hung up on me.  Nice.  The second time I was told that Joe hadn&#039;t issued a comment yet.  I told them what I thought about that.  I&#039;m surprsied they didn&#039;t hang up on me again.]]></description>
