Books for May and June

by Michael on Monday, July 7th, 2008

It was another two months where I didn’t read very many things with covers.
Captain’s Fury by Jim Butcher [4/5]
This is the fourth installment in the Codex Alera series, and I thought it was another fine effort. Jim has a knack for keeping things moving, which helped to keep this sword-and-horses tale
down to a svelte [...]

Conversion

by Michael on Saturday, January 21st, 2006

I’ve converted Of Two Minds from Moveable Type 2.661 to WordPress 2.0. Though the address of the blog itself remains the same (http://www.of2minds.org/otm), any old links to specific posts are now broken. Sorry for any inconvience that might cause, but there didn’t seem to be a way around it.

Flaming Monkey

by Michael on Monday, September 29th, 2003

For those who might be interested, I’ve started yet another weblog, this time devoted to gaming. I doubt I’ll end up posting as often as people like Jack or Arref, but hopefully I’ll keep up a steady flow of content.

Falling behind

by Michael on Monday, September 1st, 2003

Despite my best intentions, I’ve been somewhat remiss about posting to this blog lately. I haven’t posted about seeing Lunasa live, or hearing their new CD, haven’t posted my opinion of the new album from Over the Rhine, haven’t posted about seeing Spirited Away or finally seeing A Beautiful Mind, and haven’t yet posted [...]
